Please allow us up to 2 days to process your order.
Orders will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. The Regulars Inc. is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the courier.
You will receive a UPS tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting The Regulars Inc.
REFUND POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at email@example.com with photos if applicable. If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be The Regulars responsibility.
All orders are protected with complimentary protection from Route Protection Services with the following terms & conditions:
- Lost/Stolen orders must provide notice within 3 business days of a delivery confirmation for coverage.
- Lost/Stolen orders with an order value above $250 will require a policy report number for coverage. In order to receive a policy report number please contact UPS customer service for support.
- Undelivered orders must give notice within 14 business days of last tracking update for coverage.
If notice has not been received within the mentioned deadlines, order losses will not be The Regulars responsibility.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.
